Finding the room that properly suits your family
From family suites to private villas, interconnecting rooms to eco tents, I find accommodation that is properly set up for your family.
what goes into finding the right room
How hotels classify children
Many hotels classify children aged twelve and over as adults for occupancy purposes, and the cut-off age is different at every property. Then they may only allow 2 adults in a room. I find accommodation options that will work with the ages of your children.
Finding rooms that allow larger families can be tricky. I find properties and room types that suit bigger families.
Larger family configurations
Interconnecting and adjoining rooms
Interconnecting rooms allow space for families. The fine print needs to be checked here as only having your interconnecting room confirmed at check-in can mean families separated across resorts. I know what to look for to ensure you get what your family needs.

How I find the right fit for your family
By starting with a Discovery Call
I learn about your family, including their ages and how you would like the sleeping arrangements to work.
Checking each property's policy
Occupancy and age rules vary, not just from destination to destination but within each accommoation option.
Matching the right configuration
There are smart ways to handle this without anyone feeling uncomfortable. Utilising date extensions, different room categories, and selective sharing of costs are all things I can build into the structure.
A trip that exhausts the grandparents by day three is not a success. I build in deliberate downtime and make sure activities have genuine options for different energy levels and mobility needs.
